I had such a horrible experience. The person that answered the phone was very disrespectful and rude. They threatened to not bring my food and still charge my card. They did not identify themselves when asked. Anyone else experienced this?

Why are you the only pizza parlor I've been to in over 40 years that charges a buck per packet of oregano, pepper, garlic, etc? Isn't $35 enough for 2 pizzas?
